Online Satsangs
Online Satsangs use the Zoom meeting software. You will need to open a free Zoom account at zoom.us
You join the meeting by clicking on the relevant link on the calendar page or in the email that you have received. Please check that your camera and speaker are turned on and that you have done the sound and video tests that Zoom recommends. Please have your first name in your profile, so you can be identified. The Zoom waiting room will open 1 hour before the scheduled start time for you to join in advance and find a quiet place to be comfortable and rest in preparation for Satsang.
When the meeting begins you will automatically join the virtual Satsang space. Your microphone will be muted to avoid noise interference. Satyananda will join us a little later.
To see Satyananda’s image large on the screen please select speaker view. If you would like to see his image even when others are speaking to him you can click on the three dots in the top right of his image and choose “pin image”.

To ask a question in Satsang, please raise your hand digitally and wait for Satyananda to invite you to speak. Your microphone will then be switched on. (To raise you digital hand click anywhere on your screen to reveal the participants icon. Click the participants icon. Then click raise hand)
All Satsangs are audio and video recorded, but the video is of Satyananda’s image only. The Satsang Foundation reserves the right to use this material for future publication/broadcasting.
To respect privacy and confidentiality we ask that you do not contact or refer to other participants during Satsang or contact them during or after Satsang. Please do not record or take screenshots and do not advertise or promote material/events during Satsang.
Thank you.
